Eskan Sazan Karaj [ESKaraj] Construction Company was incorporated in 1998 as a building construction contractor in Iran. With a commitment to its mission statement and pursuing its vision, ESKaraj successfully completed 11 construction projects during the first three years of its life. ESKaraj, once a small construction company, grew rapidly to become a reputable company, well-qualified to undertake heavy civil projects.
The Arax Complex is a new 7 story mixed use building that was built on Jahanshahr, Karaj. The building is 6,000 square-metre with two levels of office space and one level retail and restaurants.
The Aseman Complex is a 22,000-square-metre, 19-story building with an adjacent five-story parking garage. The garage contains 310 parking stalls and consists of poured foundations, precast steel columns, girders and architectural spandrels.
Taleghani Parking is a 8 story parking garage . This parking structure was completed in 2012 as part of the Taleghani Infrastructure project. The parking garage contains 250 stalls and is a precast concrete structure.
” The Parmida Centre is a 17,000-square-metre, 15-story building. The garage contains 185 parking stalls and consists of poured foundations, shear walls and ramps, precast columns, precast tees (post topped) and architectural spandrels. “
The Green Mall is a 42,500-square-metre, 15-story building located in the heart of Tehran. The garage contains 350 parking stalls and consists of exposed concrete structure. There are approximately 80 tenant bays categorically placed based on retail classification. This project is a design-build partnership between ESKaraj and Arvand Sazan Co.
The Iran-Zamin Complex is a 8,000-square-metre, 5-story building with an adjacent three-story shopping centerand and two level retail and restaurants. The building is connected to a new parking structure by over street walkways with enclosed skylight roof systems and a barrel arch canopy.
